Hope you guys LOVE seeing photos of our family because when we have a new baby we get professional images done pretty often. It’s C-RAZY to me that this is our last season of having a baby and having such frequent photos!
Back in March we got together with Captured by Colson for Spear’s 3 month photos. These were a combo of Spear’s 3 month and Kye’s 9th year 🙂 But really every photo session I aim for solo pics of each kid anyway so it doesn’t really matter who the “focus” was supposed to be on. Everyone gets a moment in the spotlight!
Lindsay had her baby less than a week after taking these pics for us. Girl was PREGNANT! And I appreciate her soooo much for taking the time to do our session. I know at the end of pregnancy you’re just so over it but she was in great spirits and still doing her thing (how she got that squat going with that baby belly I’ll never know ha!).
We had such pretty weather (but WINDY!) and it was during Spear’s nap. I assumed he’d be a little fussy and was prepared for that. What I wasn’t prepared for? HIM SLEEPING. Kid slept HARD through the whole photo session and was pretty much impossible to wake up haha!
You know how YOU know your baby and I do hate that these pictures don’t really represent Spear to me and who I think of when I think of him! He is SO smiley and happy all the time but he was just in sleep mode and couldn’t be bothered with the effort to lift those cheeks for a smile 😉
I will say though that everyone, all the time, constantly, comments on his cheeks but LOOK AT THOSE EYES!!!
My littlest boy!
Trying to get those smiles and failing haha!
All the Parker guys!
I am SO in LOVE with Kye’s pictures! We have a LOT of kids and it’s impossible to expect every photo session to be perfect smiles from every child. This session? Kye and Tess were ON IT. Lindsay has a great way with kids and is able to pull out those natural smiles. Perfect photos of our NINE year old!
This is my new FAV pic of him!
My biggest boy!
Britt is in that fun gapped tooth smile stage but it doesn’t stop her from showing off that big grin! She is proud of her smile and I love that she loves it so much!
I adore these of Britt and I together! She’s so joyful and happy and I’m so thankful for the bond we share!
Oh Tessie. She was posing it UP and smiling like CRAZY. It was so cute and made for some awesome solo pics of her!
I can’t even…
My little mini-me
She’s become alllll about her Daddy!
Our four blessings
(Spear’s Mr. Toad face is pretty epic haha)
I’m trying to get more pictures that I can use for social media stuff and since I’m a “mommy blogger” having pics of JUST me with the kids are nice to have on hand 🙂
We did some of these type of photos when Tess was a baby and I LOVE THEM.
I love how these came out too! Our whole crew 🙂
I don’t have a big canvas anywhere in our house and have been WAITING for our family to be complete before getting one done…I’m thinking this pose is SO PERFECT. Maybe I need to do colors to match our house and recreate this pose so I can have one for the wall!
I love how all of our outfits came together for this session. We’ve done SO MANY family photos at this point that I’m literally out of ideas for color combinations haha. I loved the flower pattern I found on Britt’s dress and based everything off that!
Zach’s shirt, Britt’s dress and boots, Tess’s top and pants, Kye’s shirt, and Spear’s onesie and pants are all from Old Navy!
As always I have to give a HUGE shout out to Lindsay, from Captured by Colson, for her phenomenal work with our family. I’m always SO blown away by the end results! We have a BLAST taking them and are all so comfortable and natural with Lindsay that she makes the time fly by and always produces images we love!
Know an upcoming senior? Lindsay specializes in senior photography! She puts together an AWESOME Senior Model Team and does all kinds of super fun sessions to fit your personality and style. Be sure to visit her site here for more info!
Any suggestions for color combinations for our next photos for Spear’s 6 months old session in July?!?!
