Spear’s 3rd Birthday Letter {From Daddy}

Spear,

My little buddy is 3!!!!! You could not be more perfect. This year has been so awesome to get to spend so much time with you. With Covid causing us to be less busy, I have seen you develop on a daily basis.

You are soooo tough and strong, and a little wild! Haha! You get bumps and bruises all the time and it never slows you down or phases you. You want to be around me, and that makes me feel great. You are always excited when I get home from work and run up and give me a hug. You want me to read you a bed time story every night. Although you want mommy to tuck you in, you ask for me to read.

You love hanging out with me outside and building things. You will grab a tool, bring it over to me, and ask “what’s this”. I will tell you the name and explain how the tool works. Then, every time, you will say “OHHHHH”. After that, you will proceed to try and use the tool exactly like I showed you. I LOVE IT! You are going to be great at building things when you get old enough to handle the tools.

You eat like a madman. I will never understand how you fit so much into your mouth and then power swallow. It freaks me out! You will def grub out and love steak, pasta, and pretty much anything that is on someone else’s plate.
