I know everyone is ready for a house update and after my venting post yesterday you deserve it 😉 So here is a time line of what’s happened so far on the new house! (and a video Zach took early on during the building process of Kye) Enjoy!

first “issue” with building process: for some reason we weren’t told to pick out our tubs and showers and we had planned to get a shower with a little seat in it so I can shave my legs yet this shower was installed without our opinion
We’re okay with the shower/tub combos in the other bathrooms (and we REALLY like the hardware choices on all of them)

these are the archways looking from family room to kitchen (under-the-stairs pantry is in-between the two arches on the left). Another arch will be on the hallway towards our bedroom from the family room as well as from the family room to breakfast nook at the bottom of the stairs!

Supposedly we’ll be in before Christmas…I know not to get my hopes set on this as I’ve heard that contractors say you’ll be in your new house by a certain date but that in all actuality you don’t move in until a totally different date. But I’m hopeful 😉
