I’ve been practically standing by the mailbox waiting every day for the past couple of days! Danielle text me for my address so I’ve been eagerly awaiting what I’d hoped would be something exciting…and it was! Today I got this beautiful little envelope with this card inside:
Isn’t that too cute?!?! (I think she may have gotten the idea from Melissa’s blog…isn’t it awesome to inspire others?) Of COURSE I said YES YES YES!!! On the back of the card she wrote the sweetest note too all about our friendship and how much it means to her. I love how our friendship has grown over the years! We’ve known each other since Elementary School (We met on the bus on the way to 5th grade graduation I think? My grandma had passed away so I missed mine and had to go to hers instead I think?) but didn’t become super good friends until Senior year of high school. Through the years we’ve gone through phases of talking often to rarely talking at all but our bond has never wavered. I’m SO excited to be a part of her special day. Not only b/c I’m excited about the wedding but also because it means we’ve been talking ALL the time!!! I LOVE it and can’t wait to have more planning time in April!
Isn’t it so funny how one wedding just ended and now another one is right behind? I LOVE IT!!! I want to do everything I can to make sure that Danielle has the BEST wedding ever and the HAPPIEST day of her life!!! She wrote a sweet blog entry about all her bridesmaids and you can read it here. It’s going to be great as Chelsi is her maid of honor and Taylor, who was my maid of honor, is another bridesmaid! The four of us have had many good times together and we’re getting ready to add more memories 🙂 I’m so thrilled and I’m sure I’ll be posting plenty more in the future about this great event!
