Pre-Reunion Challenge!

I know allllll of you are already well aware that my 10 year high school reunion is right around the corner! Can I say once again that I’m PUMPED?!?!

There’s nothing like a 10 year reunion to make me motivated to get looking, and feeling, my best. I stopped nursing Britt back in Jan and have done the full 24 Day Challenge every 90 days since! I really am LOVING all the great stuff Advocare has to offer. It’s been a life-changer for me and my family. Zach and I both stay on products in between the challenges and it’s truly become a lifestyle for us.

July is my 90 day is up time so I’m going to be starting another round of the 24 Day Challenge on Thursday July 11th!!! I just ordered all of my stuff today and am SUPER excited about it!

Since starting on Advocare products a year ago (when I did the modified Challenge for nursing moms) I feel like I’m sooooo much more in tune with my body. I am a carb and dairy lover but since starting a healthier lifestyle I’ve cut out my milk drinking (used to drink a glass at each meal!) and have switched to all whole grains.

The past couple of months I’ve been slacking on my water intake and have been eating a lot of carbs. Whole grains, yes, but still carbs. I’ve been on a big quesadilla kick and was eating them for lunch. I noticed that my stomach was getting bigger. Even though I was still dropping pounds on the scale, it was very bloated. I’d wake up with a smaller tummy and end the day with a huge one! Not fun. I felt bloated and icky all the time and decided something had to change.

When I did the Challenge the first time (and every time after that) I got SUPER bloated during the Cleanse Phase. I have noticed myself being bloated in a similar way and realized that both the Cleanse and Whole Wheat products have something in common: LOTS of fiber. I guess I have issues with too much fiber or something that causes me to bloat!?!?

Since realizing that was the issue I’ve stopped eating carbs at lunch. Um. It’s SUPER hard. I seriously have had eggs every day at lunch time or I make a Meal Replacement smoothie with some frozen fruit blended in the vanilla flavor. Anyone have any good wheat-free easy lunch options???

At dinner time I still do have carbs, but I’ve started taking Carb Ease before dinner and it’s def made a HUGE difference. I’ve also still been using MNS every day and have added back in Thermoplus and Catalyst to help blast the belly flab! And (this is a big deal people!) I’ve also started either doing the elliptical or swimming laps roughly five times a week! I LOATHE exercise but I am already falling in LOVE with the results. Not even in how it makes me look (although Zach says he can already see a big change in my belly!) but how I feel. I am sleeping SO AWESOME. I feel like I get deeper sleep and sleep much more solid now that I’m incorporating some exercise into my routine! It also has given me SUCH a confidence boost!

At first I wanted to do some type of fitness plan but have decided, for now, just to focus on getting in that cardio! I used to always get snacky in the evenings but doing some exercise right after the kids go to bed has really helped me not have those desires as much either. And when I do? I don’t feel as guilty having a little “treat” because I know I’m not going to over-indulge and that I at least burned some of those calories off πŸ˜‰

I’m REALLY excited to be starting up the full 24 Day Challenge again! I’m eager to see what kind of results I get especially now that I’m exercising too πŸ™‚

I am a BIG fan of having support and accountability as I know it def helps to keep focused on our goals. I’d LOVE some of you to join me on my Challenge this round! If you did it with me back in April/May then it’s been long enough to do it again πŸ™‚

People often ask me what products I use and what I add-on to my Challenge bundles:

24 Day Challenge (includes enough Spark for one a day and enough meal replacement shakes for 14 days as well as the omegas, cleanse, and MNS)

Extra box of Shakes (I, literally, drink one EVERY morning for breakfast! Even when not on the challenge!)

Catalyst – It helps blast that “baby belly” as it tightens up the skin while you lose the weight, it REALLY helps drop those inches

Thermoplus – Helps control appetite and speed up metabolism

Carb-Ease – Helps the body digest carbs, you take it as needed before a large carb meal (so for me, I take it every night before dinner haha)

Rehydrate – I blend my daily Spark with a scoop of Rehydrate (I always buy the canisters of both b/c it works out to be cheaper per serving than the pouches, although Zach prefers the pouches for work). This combo has pretty much ILLUMINATED my issues with bad headaches. I used to get a headache three to five times a week and now I may get one once a month due to “my friend visiting.”

I guess you could say I’m an Advocare junkie, huh? I know people always talk about how much it costs…and, at first, I felt the same way. But honestly it has really balanced out with our budget. We joined the membership and are now at the 40% off discount level so we get a GREAT savings on everything plus we don’t eat a bunch of junk food which saves on our grocery bill every month πŸ™‚

My friend, Catherine, recently ran a contest for some Spark and I LOVED her idea! So I’m going to steal it πŸ˜‰ Anyone who places ANY order valued at $20 or more from my site between now and Tuesday July 9th at 11:59 PM EST and then comes back here and places a comment letting me know you ordered will be entered to win a FREE box of SPARK! If you haven’t already heard about my love of Spark I recommend reading this post πŸ™‚ I can sum it up in one word though: LEGIT!

Also if you decide to join the Advocare membership and come back here and leave a comment you will be entered twice into the drawing! Winner gets to choose their Spark flavor! I will email you when a winner has been chosen πŸ™‚

If you’re interested in purchasing a challenge I recommend to totally sign up for the membership first. I wish we’d done it off the bat and I encourage everyone to do it now b/c why not start saving money from Day 1??? And get enough free Spark to drink 2 a day for your challenge if you want??? It’s a flat $79 fee to become a member and then you get 20% off for life and they send you $50 worth of free product (lots of it is SPARK!!!)! Once you sign up you get your own website and can start ordering from there right away!!! You can sign up for a membership here:

https://www.advocare.com/12089414/BecomeMember.aspx

I also recommend doing the Challenge TOGETHER! Got a husband? A friend? A family member? Get a group together to help motivate and encourage each other! I have started a SECRET Facebook group where we can all share our experiences, ask questions, stay focused, and even vent as needed during the Challenge πŸ™‚ Like I said, I love me some accountability!

Once you order your Challenge I will send you TONS of tips and tricks as well as how to join the secret Facebook group πŸ™‚

If you’d like to purchase a challenge without joining the membership you can do that here (I recommend picking the chocolate shake flavor!):

Since I did the challenge for nursing moms Advocare doesn’t sell a bundle package of that like they do for the legit challenge so I figured out how to bundle it myself! If you’re wanting to get your body baby ready while trying to conceive, are pregnant, or are nursing you can purchase your version of the 24 Day Challenge here:

https://www.advocare.com/12089414/Store/ViewBundle.aspx?bundleID=450907&type=B

Obviously if anyone has ANY questions feel free to contact me! My email is still the super mega lame one: deliasgoddess33@aol.com. Honestly though Facebook is the best way to contact me if possible! I tend to respond quicker b/c I don’t have to shift through a ton of spam!!!

Also, Advocare offers a business opportunity that I originally had zero interest in. However, just from sharing my personal success stories with others about Advocare I’ve started bringing in extra income! It’s been SO amazing and unexpected!!! With our financial goals in focus I’m thankful to have this avenue to help our family reach our goals quicker. I know many people may be in similar situations and could also be blessed by this added income! I am not “hardcore” about the business but if you’re wanting more info about that portion of it I can def hook you up with someone who is more passionate about that side of things. Many of you know my friend Danielle and how she is able to stay home with her new baby thanks to the extra income she’s earned through Advocare πŸ™‚

I can’t WAIT to be “reunion ready” and want to be able to walk in that event with confidence! Excited to see who all will join in the Challenge with me and who will WIN the SPARK!!!
