Family Photos March 2012

Many people would say that we have the “perfect family.” We have one boy and one girl and majority of couples would stop having kids at this point…we’re nowhere near done but I do enjoy having an even number for our family photos 😉 What can I say…I’m a sucker for even numbers! Maybe next time I’ll have twins so we can just keep the numbers even haha!

This is the last post of photos from our recent shoot with Captured By Colson. She got AMAZING sibling and family photos at our last shoot in December so I wasn’t hardcore about getting some this time around. It’s a good thing too because by the time Kye was done being an awesome model for his pics he was OVER it. While he didn’t misbehave or anything like that, he didn’t have much of the cute smiles left him in. Bless his heart, being adorable is a full time gig 😉 I’m SUPER excited for our next shoot in June because he won’t have any solo ones…which means he can save up all the cute smiles for the sibling and family ones!

{1} He LOVES his sister!

{2} Even though he’s not smiling, I like this one…he looks like his Daddy here to me!

{11} If Britt was looking at the camera this would have been PERFECT!

{13} Now if KYE was looking…haha life with two babies right?!?!

{14} Even though Kye is looking down, I love this!

{17} I had to rock my yellow shoes to match the theme 😉

{18} I know Britt’s not looking but this is still one of my favs…I love Kye’s sweetly tilted head!

I know y’all probably get sick of hearing it but I cannot say enough wonderful things about Captured by Colson. Lindsay is very passionate about her work and is, as you can see, very talented! Excited to see what she comes up with for us next time!!!

Our youngest will be 8 in July and we still don't have a professional family photo…one day! :)Yes, we too had the one boy and one girl with what the "general" population felt was "perfect" planning. Ha, it was God's planning after much loss and heartache. We knew we wanted more if we were able. Oh the comments…or opinions! But we are and were good parents who love our family dearly…our family size was not for anybody but God to decide. We preferred even numbers though. We were blessed with baby 3 but due to some more losses and some serious health issues for me…I couldn't emotionally go forward. My dream of four babies was just that but 3 years ago we were blessed with a boy doggy. I have so many friend's who just had their 5th, 7th, etc…love it! Children are a blessing…and I know you enjoy yours. Cute pictures but ouch to the pointy shoes!
