You moms know what it’s like…when you have a new baby at home you don’t know what day it is, how long it’s been since you last showered, and your surely don’t step foot outside the boundaries of your home for weeks. I had NO CLUE how pretty it was outside!!! I saw on Facebook that Crissy had been laying out and I was in shock…I assumed it was cold simply because it was December. Good old South Georgia weather right?
Knowing it was nice out I thought it’d be fun to let Brittlynn see the sunshine during her 10 min long awake time 🙂 Kye and I grabbed the blanket Crissy gave me at my baby shower and headed out back for a few minutes to soak in the beautiful weather. She LOVED it!!!
Of course, I spent the whole 10 min time snapping pictures, so here they are:

Of course when it was nap time Kye finally showed interest in her so I had to let them “play” for a few minutes
She looks a little afraid of those kisses huh?
Even though it was only for a few minutes, it was wonderful to get out of the house and it made me look forward to spring time when I can have both my babies outback. Cuddling with Britt and watching Kye play…sounds like the perfect way to spend a day 🙂
I love the one of him getting her little cheekies 🙂 also, the blanket IS really pretty in pics,,glad it is working out UNTIL Zach allows the quilt to come out 🙂
